How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Photographercells Windows & Siding wants every homeowner to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Photographercells Windows & Siding
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If a problem comes up with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Your feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Photographercells Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, handle warranty claims or make decisions for a provider.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@photographercells.property and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For contractor problems, a state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
